The hotel is in a superb location, within a couple of minutes walking distance to all attractions, shopping, eateries, and public transport links. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and nice. The dining options are barely adequate, lacking any distinguishing features. The hotel lacks certain facilities available only when booked directly, but it offers a very nice and clean space for dining.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax while enjoying the city. The hotel was super clean and stylish, offering a multitude of dining options nearby. Although the cleanliness was exceptional, the dining experience was a bit of a letdown in terms of both quality and cost.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean, with a comfortable double bed, although they were a bit rough around the edges. The service was helpful and nice, and I even received a free breakfast as a gesture of goodwill. The location was truly the best reason to select this hotel, being very central to San Marco Square. However, the dining experience was below par, with limited options for a relatively high price.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, allowing me to explore Venice easily, but the room didn't quite meet my expectations as it looked different from the website pictures and even had a surprise visitor in the form of a large brown spider. The service, however, was top-notch, especially when I needed early morning assistance for my airport transfer. The dining options were somewhat lacking in variety, although the lady in the kitchen was pleasant. Overall, a mixed experience in terms of the room and dining, but the service and location made up for it.
